A game of discovery and strategy

During the game, players forage for three main resources: prey, plants, and water. These resources allow them to discover animals, earn points, and compete against opponents. But don’t get too comfortable—your rivals can disrupt your plans with their own animals or by exploring and discarding the cards you were saving for.

Each player must take one main action on their turn. With only three main actions and two optional actions to choose from, rounds of Bio Blitz move quickly.

Strategic resource management, selecting the right animals for your team, and knowing when to compete (and when to hold back) can put you in the lead and secure your victory!

The game designer and illustrator of Biome Blitz, Matthew Sauder, is illustrating a crocodile which can be seen featured on the Saltwater Crocodile card within the game.

Bio Blitz is designed and illustrated by Matthew Sauder. Each card is a fun and colourful representation of real world animals.
